Very spacious room, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Loved that it was quiet with plenty of car spaces and a lovely garden in the surrounds. Easy walking distance to the centre of town. The manager was very helpful in advising some excellent places to eat.

Conveniently located in the heart of Launceston. Heritage cute little cottages all very private with balconies front and back. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking spaces, accommodation was very clean and bed was super comfortable with quality pillows and linen. I will definitely book again when visiting Launceston next.

A very clean, good-sized room (delux). The shower was large and had good running hot water. Good views, comfortable seating. A nice, large, comfortable bed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was off the road and well placed for walking into the city.
